Coforge Consulting was formed by Mark Westmacott and Robert Swinton after they saw a need for a technology consultancy that also understood the importance of human interaction with technology. Mark has over 25 years’ experience in the ICT and technology space and Robert has spent 25 years integrating technology with people from a marketing communication, change management perspective. Coforge Consulting will always aim to be flexible, independent and pragmatic.
Coforge offers bespoke services that can be tailored to client needs. We work alongside existing teams to support lead and guide as needed. Unlike many consultants we are happy to share our knowledge and experience as widely as possible with the teams we work for.
We’ve spent a lot of time on the client side in large organisations so we understand the need to focus on the best solution for the client rather than adapting what’s on offer. We have no affiliations to vendors, suppliers or service providers and we think that is one of our strengths – We are truly independent.
To get the most for our clients we understand the need to be rational, focussed and logical. We take a o nonsense approach to delivering on a brief but also understand the broader context needs to be considered. We’ll adapt our style to suit client needs and we have a strong focus on objectivity.
